i feel your pain. i have had a good housekeeper for 3 years, but before we hired her it was a crazy search. This one housekeeper used to bring her two 3 and 4 year old kids with her.
we cut that shit out real quick.
I work from home so when the housekeeper comes I am here in my office the whole time. so I can run a quick check on everything she's done - including whether or not she puts shit back.
