This really sucks. With only 3 companies to get a cell phone from in Canada, Telus sure treats it's mobile customers like they don't have any options.
It's not like we were asking to cancel the phones, get out of the contract, or even really reduce the monthly bill, we just wanted the phones to work like they said they would.
It's no wonder someone took the time to rearrange the letters in Telus and make some pretty new corporate logos.
