no man, I'm lean. And I work out a few times a week to try to keep myself in the best health possible.
The thing is my jaw doesn't stay in it's socket and I think that's the reason.
Like most people's lower jaw has like a normal joint it rests in. My lower jaw doesn't. Like I physically hold my jaw forward during the day, but at night when I'm sleeping it kind of just relaxes back. And from reading on the sleep apnea sites, this is even more of a problem then weight. So maybe I need to get one of those mouthpieces to keep my lower jaw forward at night. I don't know, I'm sure the doc will tell me the options.
