My favourite Telus move was when I had Telus Highspeed Internet... they suddenly introduced "Telus Spam Blocker" for just $4.95 a month.
Coincidently that month, my telus email address began getting bombarded with tons of spam of every kind you can imagine.
Funny since I've never given that address out to anyone.
