At least twice a week there is an attempted or a successful abduction in Tampa Bay-ask anyone who lives here, it is literally THAT BAD, and most of these freaks have served time for sexual crimes. Sexual predators don't get rehabilitated...there are exceptions to the rule, of course, but I feel safer knowing if someone who spends a lot of time in the vicinity of my children bears watching.

yeah, that is why you don't let them out of jail at all. as opposed to letting them out and putting their picture on a website which really accomplishes fucking nothing.
you're not gonna protect your kid by giving them a fucking snapshot of a possible assailant.
you protect them by keeping thsoe dirty fucks locked up in jail, where they belong.
the website is essentially useless. just more feel good legislation taht accomplishes nothing.
