the only history i have had with dui is a couple friends of mine that have been arrested for it. in my state the legal limit is now .08 roughly 2 beers in an hour will put you at this limit.

A. I guess you need check why Megan's Law passed in the first place. It is needed for the greater good.
B. Drunk drivers should be shot. While I doubt this will happen any time soon, they should not be allowed to drive for quite some time after each DUI (may I suggest 5 years). Sometimes it's like walking with a machine gun around the city.
