| I had the same problem. I called and called and got a million excuses. I asked for a supervisor then I asked to speak directly to the division that investigates things like this. I finally got them on the phone in a conference call with my bank and after way too much wasted time on my part found out that they had a 'glitch' which caused a delay in transferring funds to my bank. Now, why they couldn't tell me that to begin with and had to run me in circles, I will never know. But to those of you with missing money, hang tight. Mine finally showed up today 7 days later. |
