I can. Last time I had to take a typing test, it was 143 words a minute, and had 2 typos. To be fair, you had two trial's before you did the official timed test. As for being able to type that fast....

I'd guess being a computer a minimum of 8 hours plus a day for some 2 decades would prolly do it.
