she's been dead for about 2 weeks now. this is nothing as recent as yesterday.

I wouldn't be so bothered if my uncle had just called me to inform me of what was going on. I think I could have been a bit more mentally prepared for it.
No, instead of doing that he just calls to confirm everyone's addresses and says that they only need to make sure there are no new versions of the will out there.
He knew all along what was being sent. He was one of the witnesses on my grandmother's will...this is the same uncle who months after she changed it sent me my grandfather's will telling me that we were to recieve our mother's share when he knew for the last 2 1/2 years that this was untrue.
