Indeed, 'yet' being the operative word. It only seems logical that if they're looking at IP's it's only a matter of time till nameservers start baring relevance.

I agree it's Better to be safe and prepare for down the road with multiple hosting packages like baddogs program which I belive offers multiple nameservers as well (right?)

However, based on that logic, coudn't one also assume that they will then go after whois info, which (typically) would be the same for each domain....but what if you get whois protection...then the SE's couldn't determine the whois info....but...could they penalize for that....

....gotta love SE
