Bansheelinks, it is one of my direct responsibilities to monitor this, its not nearly as absurd as you are making it out to be. By and large, most of our clients are very clean and don?t have cb issues, but anything that pops up, we find out what the issue is, address it with our clients, and then monitor/follow up until it is a non-issue. We have been doing this for a while.
