many programs measure their ratios different ways, as was mentioned previously, CCBill tracks raw clicks...not sure how ND tracks, but many programs track unique clicks(whatever unique is, could be one IP per 6 hour block, could be one ip per month), they could discount certain types of clicks/traffic, second page clicks, join form clicks, etc.

We generally do not change anything scrubbing-related due to account chargeback issues?we try to locate and address the root of the cb problem rather than (arbitrarily) raising the scrub on the account
