My kids can do whatever they want....when they're 19 and can legally sign a consent form for themselves. Until then, no permanent scarring.

They can cut and colour their hair however they like, as long as it's clean. They wear anything they like, as long as it covers thier bodies appropriately and is clean.

And I repeat...no permanent scarring.
