The only way to stop this - is declare to Saudi Arabia and Emirates that after next, even small terr act in ANY place - the US or UK (or both of them) - will bomb Mekka and Medina till it will become an empty place.
Otherwise nothing will stop those donkey friends from attacking civilians. Another summit will not do shit.
Bombing Iran is a very stupid idea. All terrorist's money comes from Saudi Arabia and Emirates, period.
