Ummm, hardwood? My tiles are already installed in the areas of my house with more wear and tear. I put hardwood in the foyer because it is a meeting place, and makes the room look bigger and more accoustically correct.
My tiles are marble from Italy. The hardwood is from mahogany trees from the rainforest in Brazil. Thus, $12 a square foot.
