Any country who has rich natural resources, a relatively weak military, and whose leaders can be demonized will do. Even better if the country opposes free market corporate controlled capitalism, and/or is not a Christian nation. The attackers were citizens, you can't just arrest and punish those responsible for something like this. You have to exploit the fears of ignorant civilians for financial gain for war profiteers and bankers, at the same time restricting civil rights at home. Duh.
I say we bomb Denmark! Teach those smug bastards a lesson. And then bring in a national ID card for all Londoners.
