I haven't had the luxury to read this thread, is there something I'm missing? A couple of complementary accounts got setup by your billing company? Aren't they the ones that resell your members area? Maybe they want to know what's in there. Maybe they enjoy your members area? I know my billing partners enjoy my members' areas.
I'm sure your contract with them grants them access. Again, is there a point I'm missing?
