I am not hating when I say this but I think you should redesign without the pink. Also, the graphics aren't very crisp. It does give the site a bit of a "dated" look. I'd come to it and wonder if it is still being updated.

I'd have my designer give it a more simple, clean look. In white. With crisp graphics. A cross between:

While surfers join for the girls and not the design, the design still has a psychological effect on them.
