A redneck isn't necessarily the copyright holder. The rights to random photos off the net could be held by some mega-corporation just itching to throw some lawsuits around. Granted $150,000 in statutory damages seems unlikely, but why take the risk when taking a couple photos yourself is so easy? Heck you could prolly find a sigwhore on GFY willing to snap a few pics of their trailer and sign the rights over for $10-$20 or so
