9. How many homes do you own now? Where are they? pics
None now. I have owned many homes in the past and do not plan on owning any more anytime son. I rent. It's very hard to find a home to rent for me since I like big nice homes. I don't like being stuck in a home. If I
want to move I want to move NOW. In todays market even when it is hot like Orlando, you gotta park it for 4 years before you can resell and just break even. The most you can make on rental properties is 10% per year. Then you got the hassle of renting. Even a CD you can get 5% and no work or hassle.
If I ever decide to retire I may buy another house. Not sure.
