it's a whole new ballpark when you think about rick factor - period sex is worse than anal for risk of STD transmission.
if you're into that - make sure you KNOW your partner and are both tested more than once recently. playing with blood is the highest risk of HIV transfer.
other than that - it's all a matter of mindset - some people are into blood - i'm not one of them. but when i'm horny and into someone and if i feel safe with that person well, showers work. blood does wreak havoc on sheets..........
