If you use FedEx they'll just call the customer if there are any problems with the customs and just ask him to send some proof of business if it's a bigger product sample.

What happened if you get caught ? I don't know about you, but here the canadian version of "IRS" is controlling the border ... I wouldn't take heat for a customer ... especially not free business cards ;)
