L....we are just 70kl past US border, in between Ensenada and Rosarito beach, its amazing to me now real estate is crazy here, on the beach the house we are in, easy over a million dollars....
Property that i looked at 8 years ago has gone up 10 times.....now with new "bank trust" you can as an american own the property and pass it alone to your children etc.
