Sounds like a people problem... once a human enters the room, be ready for a screwup. *Anything* out of the ordinary becomes a problem - the payee name is obviously on a "list" and anything on a list means problems or you are a terrorist. Computer data has taken over from any remainder of common sense in support staff. If you try the name "bin Laden" - that will work OK, - Osama ain't banned yet.
I'd keep emailing
[email protected] and clearly state there is more than one person of the same name on the planet and you are a good lad who does not waste time spamming and all the other crap - and want your money! :-)
