... agreed, and I honestly think that mother is suffering most, she would not have done this on putrpose, shit like this just happens, but still there is no excuse for it ... I think in australia is a law that doesn´t allow to leave children in the car alone/unattended at any time ... but they have their incidents too ...

Children dying of pneumonia, contracted because of the bitter cold "just happens". Children dying of a heat stroke because of parental neglect does NOT "just happen".
