If you want to get ranked based on a keyword you need to...
... have the keyword, and phrases with it, in your META tags.
... have the keyword early in the actual text on your pages.
... be linked from sites that rank well with that keyword.
... have the keyword in your domain name and/or file name.
.. be patient enough for the site to get rank, and not mind search engine traffic.
