Remember the ID is the one assigned to your site. They have a master account that they will merge it under.

A good way to do it is to have in the email response that get sent to the webmaster when he signs up is to have something like:
"Your account ID is listed above. Please replace YOURID with the Account ID in this email and put it into this link http://refer.ccbill.com/cgi-bin/clic...xtdoor.com/n5/
