I have never heard of any lawyer asking a judge to stop the American press. I am not trying to pick a fight with you, cause I love ya tons, but I am curious over this, for I have never heard of such a thing!

In the Michael Jackson trial, there was quite a lot of media muzzling, obviously banning cameras...
In this case, she has served all her time, without any early release or " probation"... So technically, she is now a private citizen as anybody else.
She and her lawyers feels that the media following her every seconds actions is obtrusive and prevents her from reintegrating society....
The judges, in 2 occasions, disagreed. She can always appeal to Superior and/or Supreme court.
