The fact that the lawyer can ask for that option, to me, means that the option is there.
I was just told that the courts can ban the media in Canada from reporting a story and if they did it anyway they get their licence taken away. Is this true?
I have never heard of any lawyer asking a judge to stop the American press. I am not trying to pick a fight with you, cause I love ya tons, but I am curious over this, for I have never heard of such a thing!
