you dont say what kind of ddr ram it is, but at the MOST $130
40x cd-r = $70 max
dvd = $40
geforce ti440 = $180
audigy gamer = $90
altec speakers = $75

case, keyboard, power supply, not more than $200 max, oh yeah, $35 for the firewire card. and you run a store so most likely buy in volume. so the MOST you could've paid for this is $1090.

the monitor really does cost about $1600. so youre going for $1310 in profit on this piece of SHIT lol an MSI motherboard with an anthlon XP of all combinations. go peddle your shit to the clueless masses instead.
Okay fuckface, let's get some things straight with your info:

1. DDR ram can cost more than $130 -- I'm paying $150 for mine and I have seen prices as high as $230 for DDR2100 (ECC Registered).

The case alone is at least $230. It's a special aluminum case. ( http://www.colorcases.com/cases/0205.html ).

He doesnt' say what kind of power supply is but if he builds PCs primarily for gamers, then expect a top-notch power supply. $30 PS's are shit. $80 PS's are OKay. If he's going to do what I will do and buy a top of the line PC Power and Cooling PS, he can pay in upward of $180.

His monitor does retail for about $1600 on pricewatch. LCD monitors can be expensive -- especially sony ones.
