I generally go through about 100 apps for ever one programmer that I even interview. And then out of those I probably hire 1 in 20....so thats 1 in 2000. If you're willing to put in the time and effort...and you have a good recruitment director.....then its good....otherwise better to just a use a programming firm per project basis or hire someone domestically.

I have in house programmers here . The project isn't really that hard ... I'l put it down for the programmer nice and easy ...
We've had a lot of quotes from people here too ranging from 7k $ to 45k $ for the same project ... so I'm trying to see what's possible with the outsourcing firms ;)
