Very simply, if you have the DVDs on hand (not already ripped, I'm saying) you'd want to use DVD decrypter and set the mode to IFO.

Next download AutoGK and follow the small tutorial provided. In no time you should be able to convert them, it does take awhile when doing a 2-pass so bear with it. Just google "AutoGK" it's free and works great.
