Software to reduce thumb filesize?
I'm using photoshop now to touch-up 90x120 thumbs and they are ~15-19KB each. This is saving them at level 8 quality.
I've seen other sites with higher quality thumbs but much smaller filesize. Is there any other software that can compress thumbs better while retaining quality?
