never heard of them.......but the interesting thing in this case is that the scammer makes no effort at all to hide their ccbill code whatsoever
which makes me suspicious of the program....& i'm guessing this isn't the first time he's done this, so he probably has a pre-existing relationship with the parties paying him
nevertheless.....follow the $ trail, & if you need a hand interrogating anyone lemme know
