Loosing wight is quite simple - burn more calories than you eat, the problem is that most of the people don't have the willpower to do that, I'm in areally good shape but I want to loose these 2-3 cm around my waist and I can not.
I gym, I do cardio at the gym, I walk every day to the shops (not too far but still) but how can I give up the pizzas or the nachos or ......
