Oatmeal, lots of bread, and water. Also a couple of cans of Red Bull.
Red Bull, if you read the can, has a lot of the shit your body needs to get over the hangover. Potasiium, NIcicin, B6, 12, and so on. That stuff's absolutely disgusting, but will have you feeling better in no time.
While taking another shot, or drink day after would help, can lead to bigger problems, and start a cycle. Obviously, prevention is the best solution. Making sure you eat before/while you drink to obsorb the alcohol, especially shit like pizza, and doughy food.
