What we need to do is invent some biological counterpart that would monitor the childs activity day and night, preferably in pairs so when one is busy the other can take responsibility. They would also need to be pre-programed to not only monitor what the child views and does, but also take full responsibility for the childs actions. They should also come equiped with a means to punish said children who act out or dissobey.
