all people of African decent I've met in Europe have been very calm and laidback. Never been to a place in Europe with 50k black people in a small place (went to a market in Senegal and didn't see a fight, there must have been 100k people there).
Maybe the only cultural differences is that poor people in America think they can take what doesn't belong to them, and a lot of the poor people over there seem to be black...
