Stay away from Redhat unless you plan on paying someone to continously monitor the box and do all your added sites etc etc. It is very easy to trash the box without having at least the minimum knowledge to do things thru the shell access. (We have a tech that might do that for you if the money was right)
Ensim?! Yuck. Reminds me of a mac with all those silly icons. lol
Plesk? Hmmm they offer the one version but want to charge you abit extra to have the new patch put on the boxes (or were charging for it) but its better than ensim and easy enough to learn. I had never dealt with a GUI for that sort of thing before and taught myself how to use it in less than a week. Some things that you do thru a shell access isn't 'seen' by plesk (an most likely ensim is the same way) So if you do it both ways make sure to verify that the GUI sees the changes or adds etc.)
But remember that their support is VERY limited and can take several days to get even something small done from their end. We use redhat boxes since we have the expert tucked away to do things that we haven't learned yet but wouldn't recommend that you try that until you really study up on it.
One thing that will help keep you straight is: once you set up a new domain... stay OUT of the shell access and use ftp. FTP will limit what you can do and keep ya from trashing things accidentily.

If you want to talk to our guy just let me know.
