high fat diet, but only carb load once a week. then go on a high protein diet to maintain bodyweight. extremely hard diet to go on as you only take in 30 grams of carbs max 6 days of the week. you need to be extremely strict or your body will store the fat you take in.

eat healthy, instead of grabbing junk food, grab fruit.
