It shouldn't be too hard. Just expect to put alot of time into the site.

Pros: Better Quality traffic both in and out. Better sales. Surfers have a better visit when they come to your site.

Cons: Time Consuming, Might be harder to grow at certain sizes. Will be very hard to grow after a certain point.
