I have been waking up and running a couple miles before breakfast , eat a coupl egg whites, a banana and a protein shake...
Lunch some veggies and protein shake
4pm goto gym work out , play some hoops
protein shake after work out
6:30pm Dinner: 2 chicken breasts
terraki sauce or bbq applied lightly.
Then go run a mile or so before last couple hours of work is done....
