Are there any billing companies that stand by a site's TOS?
I mean any? Any 3rd party billers out there that will listen to a site owner over a surfer who agreed to the TOS when they signed up and agreed to the TOS? Or is it pretty much standard that billers ignore the site's TOS and listen to the customer every time no mater thaey are being fed bullshit?
