i need serious help too... i used to swim 8-10 miles a day, lift weights 3 times a week and do a couple hundred abs, pushups almost every day...

now i do no exercising since i quit it last summer...

i probably eat 25% of what i used to eat, i still gained weight, about 25 lbs.

i guess the only way is to do some exercise again
