I used to lose 4-5 pounds before wrestling tournaments to get in my weight class. Try putting a garbage bag on, like cut holes for your head and arms and put sweat shirts and a heavy jacket on and job or jump rope.

Baked potato with no butter for dinner works...

Also try cutting down from 2% or whatever to 1% or skim milk..
