someone...give me a good diet that works fast
I just need to lose like 15-20 pounds, so if you've lost that kind of weight fast please say how you did it.
I was on Atkins and it worked great for a while but I think it fucks your body up, really unhealthy so I went off of it.
My day job is really active and I sweat a lot, but I get home from it and I'm starved and eat junk food as soon as I walk in the door, or go through the drive-thru on the way home.
So if you've lost a little weight tell me what to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
