im on the same shit youre on ... been weaning for about 8 months (after quitting cold turkey i learned what "discontinuation syndrome" was)
my normal dose of paxil is 40 im down to 15 now and tolerating it good. will go to 10 soon. was at 6mg xanax now 2-3mg per day.
if you accept in your brain that the panic is pure bullshit, thats all you need to know. then when you get one, you tell it to fuck off. hard first few times, gets easier. i look forward to being completely off this shit.
