TWO female teachers are to escape prosecution for allegedly having three-in-a-bed sex with a 16-year-old male pupil - because the boy did not complain.
It is claimed the threesome took place a day before the boy's GCSE exams started. The two teachers have been suspended over the claims.
Staff and students from the school are said to have visited a nearby pub to celebrate the end of lessons before going back to a member of staff's house.
It was there the teachers and the boy were alleged to have had sex.

Despite an investigation by the Child Protection Unit police say that they will not press charges.
A council spokesman said: "Pending the outcome of an investigation, two members of staff have been suspended. The council cannot comment further." Last night parents at Albany School in Hornchurch, Essex, were furious.
One mother said: "It's outrageous. This is not how we expect our teachers to behave. They're supposed to set an example to children, not to lead them astray." Another parent said: "They should both be sacked."
Teachers found guilty of abuse of trust by having sex with pupils face up to five years in jail.
