Yea.. same. By previous track records of others who screwed up (other than processors), and were "reborn" - they then proceeded to screw up the second time (and sometimes the third time!!!).
The old familiar "shareholders" are creeping around in the background yet. Shuffling corps around to dress up the salad and made it more palitable is not exactly taking it out of inept and "scamless" world. They are fundamentally crooks who won't change the modus operandi.
iBill is not over by a long stretch - it's only a matter of time before we hear more of em, whether under the iBill name or some other more profitable scam. I hear drugs are OK for some quick revenue? Damn all these money laundering laws, eh Jason?
