The capability is certainly there to scan ccbill farther back than 7 days...but we chose 7 days because we know ccbill is a heavily hit service, and we are aware of the potential to have an ip blocked due to excessive activity.
We want to limit the load on their servers until we are able to work with ccbill on coming with an amount of time which works for them...and we want to prevent webmasters from being blocked from accessing their data in the meantime...
